It usually takes 1-2 weeks from the receipt of payment to complete and ship the painting. The photos will be emailed for approval right before shipment. If you won't like it, we will issue a full refund no questions asked.
Gift wrapping is available, as well as a note for your recipient. Just message me at checkout when you place your order!
We offer free US shipping on all orders. After we receive your payment, we ship out the painting withing 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and expected delivery date. The painting will be shipped fully insured and packaged professionally. We ship with USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Their delivery time ranges from 4 to 7 business days. If you are in need of expedited service, please contact prior to purchasing, and we will quote you express shipping rates/times.
We ship paintings worldwide primarily via USPS International Priority Mail which usually takes 6-10 days, in some cases up to a month due to the customs in country of entry. Paintings larger than 30x40" will incur "Oversized Shipping" rates for orders shipped to Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia. These rates can be quoted for extra large canvases if needed.
Collector is responsible for any customs duties and fees imposed by their country. These are typically none or minimal on hand-painted original art, but each country is different. You can contact your local customs office for more information.
RETURN POLICIES & DAMAGED PACKAGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange the transaction. The full refund will be issued as soon as we receive the artwork in original condition. Return shipping must be paid by the customer including insurance. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If your artwork gets lost or damaged during shipping, we offer a replacement or full refund.
In case of damage, please notify us right away. Take photos of the package and the damaged painting and send it to us so the case can be filed properly. Also, please keep the original packaging for possible further inspection by the shipping company.
