Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange the transaction. The full refund will be issued as soon as we receive the artwork in the original condition. Return shipping must be paid by the customer including insurance. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your artwork gets lost or damaged during shipping, we offer a replacement or full refund.

In case of damage, please notify us right away. Take photos of the package and the damaged painting and send it to us so the case can be filed properly. Also, please keep the original packaging for possible further inspection by the shipping company.
